The natural properties of fig are proven to alleviate the symptoms of bronchial asthma. To do this, anyone who has asthma should take at least 3 dried figs. Soak the figs in a glass of water. 

Let it stay for overnight. In the morning, take the figs out of the water. Drink the water but make sure to do this on an empty stomach. The natural nutrients that are found in the fig can be digested easily in the bloodstream.

For those who can’t tolerate the taste of onions, then they can cook the onions to minimize its extreme taste.
