Bronchial asthma is a form of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease. This condition is characterized by the presence of wheezing during exhalation. It occurs when the airway is obstructed. The solution must be steeped for 5 minutes. Afterwards, place the solution in a cup. Let it stay until it becomes cool. Gradually drink the solution. Additionally, raw gingers can be taken, as well. Others may suggest adding salt to neutralize the taste. It is also suggested to make a ginger juice and add honey. The solution must be taken in the morning and night.

Lemons are used for treating asthma attack. To do this, one should squeeze the juice from the lemon. Put the juice in the water and add sugar. The amount of sugar will depend on anyone’s preferences. People who have asthma are known to have poor level of Vitamin C.

This fruit is also known for its therapeutic effect for soothing the airway. It works as an expectorant. It loosens the thick and tenacious phlegm. The natural properties of fig are proven to alleviate the symptoms of bronchial asthma. To do this, anyone who has asthma should take at least 3 dried figs. Soak the figs in a glass of water. 

Let it stay for overnight. In the morning, take the figs out of the water. Drink the water but make sure to do this on an empty stomach. The natural nutrients that are found in the fig can be digested easily in the bloodstream.
